Benjamin Clementine vence o Mercury Prize 2015

Já sabemos quem é o novo vencedor do Mercury Prize.

Se na última temporada o Young Fathers conquistou o prêmio graças ao seu primeiro trabalho "Dead" (2014), o ganhador de 2015 é Benjamin Clementine.

O artista britânico venceu nomes como Florence & The Machine, Jamie xx e Wolf Alice.

"At Least For Now" foi reconhecido como o melhor disco do ano da música britânica e o prêmio foi dedicado as vítimas de Paris.

Lembramos que em edições anteriores do Mercury Prize os vencedores foram James Blake, Primal Scream, Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys, Suede, Alt-J, PJ Harvey. Pulp, Antony & The Johnsons e Portishead.
