The Strokes trabalha em novo álbum com Rick Rubin

The Strokes está trabalhando em novo álbum com o veterano produtor Rick Rubin. A informação não saiu de nenhum membro da banda. Mas de Albert Hammond, pai do guitarrista Albert Hammond Jr..

Albert Hammond, que também é músico e produtor, revelou para o jornal australiano The West Australian que a banda está em estúdio com o veterano produtor:

Eles estão fazendo um novo álbum agora com um grande produtor chamado Rick Rubin... Eu falo com meu filho todos os dias e ele diz que eles estão tão felizes.

Os mais recentes trabalhos do Strokes foram o álbum 'Comedown Machine' (2013) e o EP 'Future Present Past' (2016), do qual faz parte a música "Threat of Joy".
