Rufus Wainwright vai lançar o seu novo álbum, "Out of the Game", no dia 23 de abril.
Segundo o site Music Week, o disco, que sucede a "All Days Are Nights: Songs For Lulu", de 2010, tem 12 canções e foi produzido por Mark Ronson.
"É o álbum mais pop da minha carreira e o melhor também", afirmou já Rufus Wainwright sobre "Out of the Game".
Gravado em Nova Iorque no final de 2011, o disco conta com a participação de vários notáveis - a irmã Martha Wainwright; os Dapkings, que secundaram Amy Winehouse em "Back To Black" ; Nick Zinner do Yeah Yeah Yeahs e Sean Lennon, entre outros - e foi influenciado por artistas como Freddie Mercury, Elton John, David Bowie ou, como Rufus lhes chama, "todos os grandes. É também um disco muito à Rufus".
Marcado pela morte da mãe de Rufus, mas também pelo nascimento da sua filha Viva, "Out of the Game" tem o seguinte alinhamento:
