Cameroonian (and US-based) singer Laetitia Tamko, better known as Vagabon, received the collaboration of Australian Courtney Barnett in a version of "Reason to Believe", a 1965 song written and recorded by American singer Tim Hardin.

"Reason to Believe" has already been re-recorded by artists such as Karen Dalton, Johnny Cash, Neil Young, the Carpenters and Rod Stewart. Laetitia Tamko got to know the song through Karen Dalton's version.

"I recently discovered the Karen Dalton version of ‘Reason To Believe’ for the first time... I became obsessed and so a few days after discovering it, I was encouraged to record a cover of it in my garage.", revealed Lætitia about the version recorded by Karen Dalton.

Laetitia Tamko and Courtney Barnett met in 2018, when Vagabon opened shows on the Australian tour of the American singer.
