"O Oasis era a minha vida", diz Liam Gallagher

Liam Gallagher admitiu em entrevista à revista Live que apesar de gostar muito da sua nova banda, o Beady Eye, queria continuar com o Oasis. "Se as pessoas pensam que fico contente com a separação ds Oasis, então estão erradas. Apesar de adorar o Beady Eye, preferia continuar no Oasis, porque eles é que eram a minha cena. O Oasis era a minha vida".

Apesar disto, o músico - que já admitiu querer a reunião de sua ex-banda para celebrar o vigésimo aniversário do álbum "(What's the Story) Morning Glory" em 2015 - disse que continua a não falar com o irmão Noel.
 
O Gallagher mais velho, no entanto, disse recentemente à BBC: "Ele tem a minha permissão para tocar [o álbum]. Pode tocá-lo se quiser. Não quero saber", isto antes de atirar, "Deixei a banda por uma razão e essa razão continua a ser válida".
