Miguel Jontel Pimentel, an American born on October 23, 1985, in Los Angeles, is a singer/songwriter/producer who incorporates genres such as R&B, funk, hop, and electronica into his music. His second album, Kaleidoscope Dream, released in 2012 by RCA Records, was critically acclaimed. Prior to that, in 2010, his debut album, All I Want Is You, was released by Jive Records.
Miguel has cited artists such as Stevie Wonder, Prince, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, Freddie Mercury, Phil Collins, and Kanye West as some of his influences.
Wildheart, his third album, was released in June 2015. In 2017, he released War & Leisure, which was followed by Caos, an album released in 2025.
