THE Red Hot Chili Peppers performed to large audiences last weekend in Chile and Argentina.
In Santiago, Chile, 40,000 people applauded the North Americans, who hadn't played live in the country for nine years.
The concert started with " Monarchy of Roses ", from the new " I'm With You ", and includes other songs from that album, such as " Ethiopia " and " The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie ". Among Red Hot Chili Peppers' biggest hits, a highlight is " Otherside ", " Give It Away " and " Under the Bridge ".

In Argentina, the Red Hot Chili Peppers were welcomed by 60 thousand people. The opening was secured by the British Foals.
Today the band performs in São Paulo, at Arena Anhembi, then the band travels to Rio de Janeiro, where they will participate in Rock In Rio, on 9/24.
