On September 24th, Verve Records will release I’ll Be Your Mirror: A Tribute to the Velvet Underground and Nico. This tribute to Lou Reed's band brings together artists such as Michael Stipe (“Sunday Morning”), Matt Berninger (“I’m Waiting For The Man”), Sharon Van Etten  & Angel Olsen (“Femme Fatale”), Kurt Vile & The Violators (“Run Run Run”), Iggy Pop & Matt Sweeney (“European Son”), Courtney Barnett (“I’ll Be Your Mirror”), King Princess (“There She Goes Again”), among others.

I’ll Be Your Mirror: A Tribute to the Velvet Underground and Nico was produced by producer Hal Willner, who died last year during the COVID-19 pandemic due to complications caused by the virus.
