Cansei de Ser Sexy, MGMT, Deerhoof e David Bowie dividem a trilha de The Kids Are All Right

“The Kids Are All Right” é uma das músicas mais famosas do The Who, título de um documentário sobre os britânicos e também o nome do novo filme de Lisa Cholodenko. A diretora indie californiana, autora de “High Art” e “Laurel Canyon”, apresentou sua fita em Sundance e Berlim, onde recebeu o prêmio de melhor filme de temática gay e lésbica (Teddy Bear).

 

O longa conta a história de Julianne Moore e Annete Bening, um casal de lésbicas que mediante uma inseminação artificial decidem procurar um pai biológico. No filme também há participação de Mia Wasikowska, de “Alice no país das maravilhas”.

 

Um dos atrativos do filme é sua trilha sonora, que mistura clássicos de David Bowie e Leon Russell com grupos atuais como MGMT, Fever Ray, CSS e Deerhoof.
