Hana Vu is a Los Angeles singer influenced by dream pop and lo-fi. She started performing at 14 years old. Early in her career, she opened for artists such as Soccer Mommy, Sales, Wet and Phantogram.

After sharing her first songs on SoundCloud and Bandcamp platforms, Hana Vu released at the age of 17 her first EP How Many Times Have You Driven By (2018). In 2019 came the double EP Nicole Kidman / Anne Hathaway.

In 2021, the singer released her first album, titled Public Storage, on the Ghostly International label.
